- responsible for shop safety
- maintaining schedules
- maintaining the correct number of employees
- making sure required materials are available
- quality control - check products for quality and completeness before delivery
- shop drawings (must be checked before production starts)
- cutting lists
- purchasing when required (must be confirmed with steve)
- other duties as required
- operate blum boring machine and maintain hinge inventory
